Where does MONTERE ship to?

We ship worldwide from Germany. Most of our orders are delivered within Europe, but we also supply many international countries. If your country appears at checkout, shipping to your location is available.

What are the shipping costs?

Our current DHL shipping options:

  • Free DHL Shipping – for orders over €150.00
  • Standard DHL Shipping – €8.99 (orders €0.00–€149.99)
  • Full DHL Shipping – €12.99
  • VIP DHL Shipping – €19.99 (priority shipping and extended tracking)

Available options and prices will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on the destination country and selected shipping option:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (order preparation and handling)
  • Standard DHL (EU): approximately 3–8 business days after shipping
  • DHL Full/VIP (EU): approximately 2–5 business days after shipping
  • International: approximately 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Note: These are estimates and may be extended due to external factors (customs, carrier delays, holidays).

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. Using the link in the email, you can track your package status online at any time.

Are there any customs or import fees?

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are imposed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

How do returns and exchanges work?

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, provided that the items are:

  • Unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging

Additionally, for deliveries within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. More details can be found in our Returns & Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Simply send an email to support@beaumont.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Items you wish to return
  • Brief description of the reason (optional, but helps us improve)

After reviewing your request, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may vary depending on your region. Generally, we offer:

  • Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
  • Digital wallets (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay – when available)
  • Additional local payment methods displayed at checkout

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at support@beaumont.com, including your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, changes will no longer be possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery according to our policy.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at support@beaumont.com and, if possible, include photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the case and provide a solution promptly (replacement or refund).
