1. Returns and Exchanges
We invite you to return most pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange of equal standing. To maintain our standard of excellence, the following conditions apply:
- The article must remain unworn and in its pristine, original condition.
- All signature tags, labels, and bespoke packaging must be intact and included.
- To initiate a return, kindly contact our team at concierge@beaumont.com with your exclusive order number.
2. The Refund Process
Financial rectifications are handled with utmost discretion and efficiency:
- Refunds are gracefully issued directly to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing following the receipt and meticulous inspection of the returned piece at our facilities.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the rare event of an error on our part.
- The client is responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs, unless the return is due to a discrepancy or defect.
3. Bespoke & Exceptional Items
Certain exclusive acquisitions are not eligible for return. These exceptions include:
- Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-tailored garments crafted specifically for you.
- Digital assets, software, or premium gift cards.
- Items acquired from private archives or clearly marked as Final Sale.
4. Discrepancies and Imperfections
Our quality control is rigorous, but should an oversight occur, we will rectify it immediately:
- In the highly unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, please contact concierge@beaumont.com upon receipt.
- We will promptly arrange complimentary return shipping and ensure a swift replacement or full reimbursement.
